Mitch is a brand creative director collaborating with clients and strategic partners to produce thoughtfully crafted brand content, retail, digital, and event experiences.
A native Midwesterner, Mitch Morse grew up in Neenah, Wisconsin, a small industrial town shaped by paper mills, foundries, craftsmanship, and people who knew how to make things. As a skateboarder in the 1980s, he spent countless hours exploring its alleys, industrial spaces, signage, architecture, and metalwork—experiences that taught him to see creativity not simply as an aesthetic pursuit, but as a way of observing, problem-solving, and making. That perspective has shaped more than 20 years of work building and evolving brands across Nike, adidas, Harley-Davidson, and his own creative practice. From global brand systems and product launches to retail, experiential environments, content, and culture, his focus has always been on translating a brand’s core idea into a cohesive and emotionally resonant experience. Today, as a Brand Creative Director based in Portland, Oregon Mitch brings that same combination of strategic thinking, hands-on making, and brand stewardship to performance and lifestyle brands, with a particular interest in where design, craftsmanship, product, and human experience come together.
When asked what is the best part of what he does, Mitch answers, "It's seeing what we are capable of as a team. Each of us has a special something that we bring in, but get all that talent working together and it's incredibly awe-inspiring to see the results. Directing that kind of talent is rewarding to me every day.”
